In addition to our standard training courses, we also offer custom solutions designed to meet the needs of specific contexts.

Student engagement is a paramount. Our courses are designed to be as practical as possible, including scenario based training wherever appropriate. Our trainers use a range of teaching methods and resources to keep our students fully engaged with the content of our courses, including videos, group team work, scenarios and plenty of practical sessions.
Evidence Based
Our courses are taught in line with the latest evidence based, best practice guidelines available. Our first aid and resuscitation is taught in line with European Resuscitation Council standards. Our core lifesaving and first aid qualifications are endorsed by the UK’s Swimming Teacher’s Association (STA) . All our qualifications are reviewed annually, ensuring they always reflect current best practice.
