The Vietnam Swimming & Lifesaving Company is a leading provider of international standard training courses in the fields of lifesaving, swimming teacher and first aid. Our aim is to raise the standard of aquatic safety and first aid across Vietnam. 

 

Many of our qualifications are endorsed by the UK’s Swimming Teacher’s Association (STA). VSLC also delivers tailored training solutions to meet the specific needs of organisations across the country. 

We are expanding our network of trainers across Vietnam!

Becoming a VSLC Trainer can open up a whole new career path – or enhance your existing career.

Once qualified, VSLC Trainers can organise their own VSLC courses independently, using VSLC resources and issuing VSLC Certification. Alternatively, you can work as a Trainer on courses that we have organised on a freelance basis. Or both!

Becoming a VSLC First Aid / Lifeguard Trainer will enable you to deliver our industry leading courses across Vietnam. As a Trainer, you can both organise your own VSLC certified courses, as well as work on courses that VSLC organise directly – it’s up to you. Here are just some of the benefits:

Applying to be a trainer

To become a VSLC Trainer, you need to the following criteria:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must have previous lifeguard and or first aid experience
  • Ideally have existing teaching / training experience
  • Be willing to attend a four day training course, and be mentored on future courses
  • Be willing and able to run VSLC first aid and our lifeguard courses after qualifying
  • Be wiling and able to adhere to VSLC’s high training standard, delivering consistent high standard training.

We welcome applicants from any nationality, but you must be able to speak either English or Vietnamese fluently to be considered.
